By accessing or using www.ishot.ca (“the Website”) or engaging ISHOT.CA (“the Company”) for photography or media services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

ISHOT.CA provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone, and related media services across British Columbia. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed once payment is received (via Freshbooks or Stripe or other approved methods).
  • Pricing and service details are subject to change without notice.
  • By making a payment, you agree to our service terms and cancellation policies as communicated at booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe stated on your booking confirmation. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
 ISHOT.CA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Copyright and Usage

  • ISHOT.CA retains full copyright of all images, videos, and media created unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the listed property or project.
  • Media may not be resold, transferred, or altered without written consent.

ISHOT.CA reserves the right to use media in portfolios, marketing materials, and online platforms unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

6. Limitation of Liability

ISHOT.CA shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
  • Delays or performance issues caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, technical issues)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely via Stripe or Freshbooks. ISHOT.CA does not collect or store full credit card information.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
